Having an organizational mission statement does not amount to much unless the officers of the entity are resolved to live it out with moral courage. Moral courage enhances an organization’s vision and ability to see; it is not to be mistaken for blind faith.  The key to finding the moral courage to be a mission-driven, not market-driven, Christian organization turns on whether its leaders have gained sufficient knowledge and understanding.  We train leaders by educating them to think, not capitulate, and act, not react.  There is nothing like moral courage to infuse an organization with fresh energy and hope.
